福岡に住んでいたときにピッツァにはまってしまい、熊本に引っ越したのを機に、いろいろとお店をまわりはじめました。
こちらのお店は生地とチーズがこだわりだそうで、楽しみにしてきました。
水牛のチーズがおすすめらしく、マルゲリータとともに注文。
ほかにはサラダをいただきました。
確かに、チーズと生地は、美味しい！
チーズは濃厚だし、生地も、小麦だ！と主張していて、食べ応えあります。
ただ、なんと言うか、付け合わせの野菜が、美味しくない…。
ピッツァにのってるトマトは、完全に生地とチーズに負けています。水っぽく、残念…。
サラダ自体も驚くほど野菜がまずくて、食べ切るので精いっぱいでした…。
もともと実家が農家なもので、野菜の味がどうしても気になる性分なせいか、こんなに美味しいチーズ、生地なのに、なんだかもったいないなあと感じてしまいました。
あのサラダは、もう2度と食べたくないです。
全体的に、ピッツァのお値段は納得ですが、飲み物やほかのものは高いかなと感じました。
ピッツァだけなら、また食べにいくかもしれません。
