JR熊本駅の肥後うまいもん市場にあるお店て、出張で立寄り。LINEですお友達登録でドリンク1杯サービス。馬刺し、辛子蓮根、唐揚げに鯛のあら炊きと少しオーダーしすぎ感。
しかしこのあら炊き、やや濃いめの味付けでタレもたっぷりあったので、ライス小を追加してそれにぶっかけ。これがサイコーでした。
店員さんの丁寧な対応で感心してたらキッチン内に"魂の法則"を発見。 なぁるほど。
