熊本県独自の緊急事態宣言で、18日（月）から飲食店の営業が20時迄で、お酒の提供は19時迄になるようです。20時以降の不要不急の外出は自粛ということで外食もしづらくなりそうなので、今日は寿司を食べようとこちらのお店に訪問しました。はじめコースB 8000円と生ビール、追加で加茂錦1000円、にぎりのあわび、ぼたんえび、つぶがい 、かわはぎを注文しました。にぎりの醤油は江戸前のように塗ってあります。醤油も甘くなく、色が薄い関東っぽい感じです。コースの刺身の中にアラカルトの蒸しあわびの肝ソース添え、かわはぎの刺身肝添え、かんぱちの炙りポン酢仕立てが入っています。むしあわびは柔らかく、かわはぎの肝は、うにのように甘いです。あじがあぶってあったり、ひらめが昆布締めだったり、仕事されています。価格以上の価値があると思います。

はじめにぎり（10貫）4000円、蒸し鮑の肝ソース添え2300円、かわはぎの刺身肝添え1500円、アラ煮1200円、茶碗蒸し600円、生ビール600円、花のか900円（全て税抜）で12650円でした。にぎりは、安定の美味しさで寿司の玉子はあまり好きではないのですが、良かったです。アラ煮は安いですが、味付けがかなり濃く、温め直しでした。
