かれこれ7〜８回目ぐらいの来店になるでしょうか。
今回は妻の誕生日祝いに東京からやってまいりました。
コロナ禍をはさみ4年ぶりでしたが、店長が覚えていてくれて、いつものように温かく迎えてくれました。
ここは肉の質も最高だし、全て完璧に焼いてくれるし、薬味も独特で美味しいし、
ワインもいいものを安くグラス単位で提供してくれるし、とにかく文句ないお店です。
ついでに言うと、窓から熊本城が斜めに見えるのもいいんですよね。
焼肉は結構好きで、行ったお店でジモンさんやヤキニクエストの木村さんに出くわしたこともありますが、勝手に宣言しておきます。焼肉すどうこそ、日本一の焼肉屋だぁぁ！
選んだコースは「おまかせ」（16,500円税込）。初めて一番高いコースをいってみました。
内容は以下の通りでした。
・サラダ
・キムチ
・肉盛り
– タン元
– ツラミ
ポン酢つけて食べます。薄いけど食べ応えあり、味わいも濃い感じ
– シンシン（太ももの真ん中）
玉ねぎペーストでいただきます。この薬味がね、、このお店の隠れた名物なんですよ！
– ハラミ 葉ニンニクの醤油漬けを添えて
・夏野菜焼

ミニトマト
椎茸
パプリカ
スナップえんどう 噛むごとに味が（肉汁ならぬ野菜汁）口に溢れます
・シャトーブリアン
どうすか！このシーギリアロックのようなシャトーブリアンは！贅沢すぎてバチ当たります
・リブロースのしゃぶしゃぶ
「お口直しに」ということですが、これまたお肉！
昆布とカツオの出汁でさっぱりといただきます。
・タレのお肉（サーロインとシャトーブリアン）
うおーーーーっ！もう1回シャトーブリアンをいただけるんですか！味変で！
シャトーブリアンはミニ丼のような感じでご飯に乗っけていただくのですが、
うな丼的感じでタレだけで飯食えるわ！って感じです。

天草大王（天草のブランド地鶏）
こりゃ肉厚でジューシーだわ。。さすがです。
・ご飯もの
クッパかカレーか冷麺を選べます。
・デザート プリン
飲み物は、最初に生ビールと焼酎水割り。
あと、グラスワインを5種類2杯ずついただきました。
これで1人当たり合計2万円を超えなかったってことは、グラスなのにかなーーり安く提供してくれているということですね！
いやあ、120%満足です。
熊本という街自体も好きなので、2年に1度は来てみるつもりです。
