先ずはタン、ヒレ、イチボ、サガリ、天草大王などを塩で味わう。やっぱり肉の旨みを味わうなら、塩が一番。京都原了郭の黒七味をかけると違った味わいが楽しめる。次は野菜焼。ナス、トマト、ズッキーニなどを食べさせてくれる。美味い。ゆっくりと火を入れることで野菜そのものの味が濃くて最高。そしてタレ。ヒレを軽く炙って白ごはんにのせた小丼。サーロインとカメノコは軽く炙りタレにつけて食べる。タレは出汁が効いているようなあっさりしたものでお肉との相性も抜群。最後の〆は冷麺、カレーなどから選択。冷麺はシンプルだけど美味しい。キムチを入れて食べるとまた違った味わい。お肉や野菜をお店の人が全て焼いてくれるので、焼き加減が抜群。美味しい上質の和牛を堪能させていただきました。マッコリも美味しかったです。また伺います。
