刺身はメニューからレバーとささ身を注文。
出て来るまでに付き出しのレバー煮をいただく。う、美味い。やっぱり天草大王美味しいわ。
刺身出てきた。レバーは塩味強すぎる。もう少し抑えても良いのになぁ。
ささ身の上に乗ってるのは本山葵。甘味も感じつつ山葵の辛みも感じられて凄く美味しい。
基本はお任せらしいのだけど、どれだけ出て来るか不安なのでアラカルトで焼きを注文しました。
もも、セセリ、つくね、椎茸。昨日も天草で食べたし、これくらいで勘弁してやろう。
うーむ、名店はやはり一味唐辛子だけしか置いてない。七味は駄目だよねー。
焼き方上手。焦げないようにじっくり焼いてあって肉の脂が美味い。天草大王堪能出来ました。
