熊本で馬刺しを外で食べようと思って知り合いに聞いて予約しました。実際聞いたのは系列店ですが当日なので予約がいっぱい、系列店として紹介されて予約しました。お店は下通から少し脇道入った居酒屋やレストランが多い場所にあり、店内はカウンター少々と座敷席が結構多くあります。
メニューは馬刺しから、熊本近海の魚料理、焼き鳥など居酒屋メニューが豊富にあります。取り敢えず当初目的の馬刺しの盛り合わせをセットで頼みました。それにシャコの天麩羅、豚足、桜納豆丼など。最初に付き出し、その後馬刺しです。馬刺しは、かなり美味しかったです。質の良い馬刺し、鶴屋百貨店で特上や上を買うこともありますが、上であれば劣らぬレベルです。値段も2、3人分で三千円程度、外で食べること考えたらかなりお得です。それ以外は、まあ普通の居酒屋メニューで普通です。と、料理は良かったのですが、他の人も書いている通りサービスは少し難有り、厨房が回っておらず、ホールとの連携も良くないのか、なかなか注文が来ないです。周りの客も皆同様で注文来なくて待ちきれずキャンセルして帰る客も…厨房に全体管理する人を立てるか、ホールとの連携役を置けば良いのに…料理が悪くないだけに惜しいなと思いました。
