オーダーが入ると、冷蔵ショーケースから、ミンチカツを取り出し、店頭のフライヤーで揚げ始めます。

百貨店にも勿論売ってますがこういう精肉店の方がお安く買えそうな気がして^^;

メンチカツ揚げてもらいました！その間アーケードをぶらぶら。店内は美味しそうな馬刺しがたくさん、、さすがですー。メンチカツはあちあちで肉汁があり美味しかったです。
サクサクのアツアツ揚げたてを1つから注文できます◎
おすすめはメンチカツ。
馬コロッケも美味しかったですよ♪
揚げ物は制覇します！！！
