熊本に来たからには"馬"食わねば！と探したら、山のように候補が出てきて？？。
とりあえず、気軽に焼き肉食べれるところがいいかなあと適当に選んで予約の電話をして選んだのがこちら。
行ってみたら、典型的な居酒屋さんでした。
基本的に地元の若者が多くて活気あふれる雰囲気の中、少し気後れしながらも、たまにはいいか！と着席。
馬刺しは臭みもなく良い感じ。焼き肉はカルビとヒレともう一つ名前を忘れたけど首の部位。こちらもクセがなくどれも美味しかったですが、一番は首の部位かな。
締めに食べた焼きそばも、野菜たっぷりで旨かったです！
しかし馬を食べることには抵抗なしと言うか、むしろ高タンパク低カロリーで好きなのだけど「馬焼き」」表現には少し驚きでした。
