日曜夜に妻と夕食を頂きました。
事前に予約をして「郷土コース5,800円」を頂きました。こちらのコース料理には、馬刺し、焼鳥や野菜等10串、茶碗蒸し、締めに鶏そばが含まれていました。
実際に頂いた料理は以下です。
◯馬刺し
→ 熊本に来たら馬刺しは必食です。赤身もタテガミも美味しかったです。熊本の甘醤油が馬刺しによく合いました。
◯串料理(前半戦)
・ささみ 薩摩地鶏
→ジューシーで美味しかったです。
・ズッキーニ
・かしわ(もも) 黒薩摩 with タレ
→身が大きくてやはりジューシーでした
・マルハツ
→大きいマルハツでした
・天つくね
→食感良かったです。
◯フォアグラ茶碗蒸し
→スモーキーで、椎茸の入ったキャラメル味が美味しかったです。これはナイスな一品でした。
◯串料理(後半戦)
・大分産のネギ
・ナンコツ
→ハーブ鶏のナンコツとのこと。軟骨のコリコリは良かったですが肉の部分も美味しかったです。
・ハラミ 黒薩摩 with マスタード乗せ
→脂たっぷり。マスタードとの相性良し。
・白子(精巣) 黒薩摩 with わさび
→鶏の白子を食したのは初めてかもです。味は淡白でした。魚介類の白子は喜んで食べる妻がこれを食べるのはためらっていました。
・手羽先 黒薩摩
→こちらも脂たっぷりで見た目通り美味でした。
◯鶏そば
→スープが絶品。今まで頂いた鶏そばでトップクラスでした。
全般的に焼き鳥は脂が乗っていて美味しかったです。塩加減もちょうどでした。ジューシーな焼鳥に感動しました。
串焼き以外の一品、つまり馬刺し、フォアグラ茶碗蒸し、鶏そばは、どれも美味しかったです。コース料理がお勧めです。
日本酒は以下のお酒を2人で計3合頂きました。
・泰斗(たいと)純米吟醸 熊本@1100円
・兆久 純米酒(夏の生酒) 和歌山@1000円
・鍋島 純米吟醸 佐賀@1,800円
熊本の地酒は私には辛いお酒でした。たまに飲む鍋島が私には一番美味しく感じました。
お会計は2人で総計約14K円でした。
質と量を考えるとコスパは良かったと思います。
