熊本市中央区安政町にある【ききょう家】さんにお邪魔です。
マイレビ様にオススメして頂いたお店です。白川沿いにあり非常に雰囲気が良いお店です。
店内は個室風のテーブル席でお部屋から白川が眺めながら食事が楽しめます。
オーダー
・魚料理と熊本県産牛肉料理→3500円税別
◯先付け→味噌ブリュレ
表面のパリっとした部分と中のしっとりとした味もGOOD。
◯前菜
生麩・イチゴの白和え・出汁巻卵・南京まんじゅう・春菊のお浸し。どれも手作りでこれだけの前菜の数ですが、温かい物は暖かいので出来たですね。
◯お造り
ブリ・湯葉・ほうれそうのわさび和え。脂の乗ったブリが口の中でトロっと溶けますね。
◯すりながし
蕪のすりながしでした！緑のパセリのような物は蕪の葉っぱを乾燥させて掛けてあります。蕪の旨味が感じれます。
◯海老芋の唐揚げ
海老芋には味付けされてますが、少しお塩を付けるとさらに美味しい！銀杏も一緒に添えてありました。
◯サワラの幽庵焼き
綺麗な見た目です！サワラの上に野菜のマリネが乗っておりその上には彩りの良い食用花がエレガントに飾られてます。
◯味彩牛のステーキ
切り口から焼き加減の抜群さ伝わって来ます！玉ねぎのソースとわさびと岩塩で食べるとGOODです！
◯ご飯
栗と木の子の炊き込みご飯でした！栗の甘味と木の子の出汁を感じれます。おかわりも出来ます！
◯味噌汁
おかわり出来ます！
◯漬物
きゅうり、大根、ニンジンの漬物でした。
◯デザート
抹茶のフィナンシェ・クッキー・チョコレート・安納芋のケーキ・甘酒のアイス

ホットコーヒーを頂きました。
一皿一皿丁寧に作られており、非常に美味しい！お料理の説明をその都度必ずスタッフさんが説明してくれて非常に良かったです！
白川を眺めながら最高のランチを楽しめました。
