先日大晦日に熊本にあるあか牛一頭買い誠実一心 熊本個室焼肉褐火総本店さんへお邪魔しました。
大晦日なので中々空いてる店が無くここを見つけた瞬間即決しました。
完全個室で雰囲気もよく、何より店員さんの対応がgood！！
とりあえずランチのカルビセットを頼むことにしました。
内容は、
カルビ／ご飯／サラダ／ナムル／キムチ／野菜盛り or サンチュ／スープ／ドリンク（ジュース or コーヒー）／デザート
※サラダ、ご飯、スープのおかわり自由です！
カルビだけかな？と思いきや、ロースとはらみもセットで出てきてテンションあがりました笑
ウインナーも二本付いてて焼野菜も数種類(サンチュかどちらか)もあり食べきるかなと思いました。
お肉は上にしましたが、サシもしっかり入っており、あか牛の独特な旨さが伝わります。
タレもちょうどいいニンニク加減でご飯にあいすぐ無くなりましたがおかわり自由でしたので助かります。
サラダとスープもおかわり自由ですが、スープは２杯目は卵スープがでてきて２種類楽しめました。
食後のコーヒーとデザートのソフトクリームまで、ボリュームたっぷりで満足のいく内容でした。
また機会があれば夜も立ち寄ってみたいと思います。
