I came to Kumamoto on a trip. I wanted to eat horse sashimi anyway, so I came to a small Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). First of all, the appetizer was delicious! ︎A gorgeous lineup of Simmered dish, Tempura, and sashimi. The bluefin tuna was especially good. And then to the horse sashimi you are looking for.
