それが僕のハツ食いだった。
若干ゃ熊本弁に違和感を感じるコピーが
メニューの裏表紙？に書いてあるが、ご愛嬌である。
人気店。若い女性で客席が埋まっていた。
このお店、以前は水道町付近にあった気がするのだが。件の長屋に。
しかしぶたは最近、記憶が曖昧になってきているからな。正直わからん。
こちらの立地、牛タンのお店ではなかったか？それも記憶が曖昧だ。
赤★、よく見るな！営業の人が頑張っているのだろうか。
二人のアカボシっていう曲を脳内で流しておいた。
そういやBGMが３０年くらい前の懐かしいメロディーだった。
夢見る少女じゃいられないのは店員さん方の母親世代だったのだ。
で。ハツも面白かったが、レバをベタ褒めしたい。
つれがそう言っていた。ぶたも賛同する。火入れ技術ですなあ。
ズリが驚くほど熱くて面白い。あとササミが凄く良い塩梅。
関係ないけど棚にある栄養ドリンク群と
冊子「月刊 食堂」「近代食堂」が実に興味深い。
せんべろシステムとかあるしな。面白い。
つれが出汁割りについて言及してたが、好きなのか？
スタッフ募集中、hiringはハイアリング。ハイリングではない。
女性の前では言葉に気を付けたまえ、青年たちよ。

Although the restaurant name sounds like a bird, fish seems to be interesting as well. My friend saw it on Instagram and wanted to go. I ordered everything that was on the menu. The fish changes daily, so there doesn't seem to be a specific choice. Hmm, the scallops are covering it. Is that a fish? If it swims, it might be a fish. It's swimming in the opposite direction than I imagined. Don't underestimate scallops. The store is filled with young people as always. The background music was an early Southern song. Maybe it's better to play songs you don't know because they don't interfere with the conversation. I had only intended to have fish, but I also ordered white liver. This is one of my favorite items from last time. I had checked everything so I withdrew it. It's a good store with high quality items.
