Shimotori, behind COCOSA. It's located in the basement of the building across from Negibozu. You might think it's a popular restaurant based on the pricing, but when you enter, you'll find the calm atmosphere of a small restaurant. It was a restaurant that offered local fish from the Amakusa area that the owner himself caught at reasonable prices. I was surprised at the 300 to 400 yen range including drinks, but the portions are quite small (lol), but each item is made with care, so I think it's still good value for money. It might be a good idea to drink slowly after filling your stomach a little.
