Food A clay pot meal packed with care
Uguisu's popular clay pot rice. The "Hokkaido salmon roe and salmon clay pot rice" pictured uses large Hokkaido salmon roe and salmon that can be eaten raw. The rice used is "Ozeki rice", a sweet and shiny Hinohikari rice from Kumamoto Prefecture, cooked from raw rice. Please enjoy this luxurious dish.
