Hokkaido, Gunma, etc. I guess so.I ordered horse sashimi because it was available, but I guess it wasn't something I would eat at a chain restaurant...It would have been nice if they had an interesting menu called crab miso bread, but here it is. As for the taste...(^^; The salad, hokke mackerel, and Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) were delicious.The best thing was that I had Ramen! The chicken salt and onion Ramen was small and served as a finishing touch.The sauce was light, and the chicken The broth is just as it is and there's plenty of fat. This is surprisingly delicious♪ I don't think Ramen restaurants would make the sauce this thin, but it was quite good. The noodles were a little disappointing. The ingredients were chicken thighs, white onions, green onions, and black pepper. The quantity and taste are perfect for the end of a drinking party♪ This was a very stylish menu.
