200gのステーキを頼みました
部位は肩ロースでしたので多少の油はしょうがないけど多めだった気がします。
赤肉で5400出せばもう少し油は削って欲しいですね。
肉はレアで焼かれると柔らかくて...
明るい女将さんがとても親切丁寧に接客してくれました。
それに赤牛の美味いのなんのって。
あまり牛肉は食べないのですが、
癖もなくいくらでも食べられる感じです。
量もあっておなかいっぱいでした。...
肥後赤牛とお漬物で有名な産山村。
こちらは民宿が営むお食事処で、建物はどっしりした古民家風です。
出されるお肉は自家飼育されているとのことで、お肉の販売もしています。

毎回宿泊で利用しています。宿に着いたら、まず、奥の宿泊棟に荷物を置いて、半露天風呂で
汗を流して、部屋でくつろいでいたら、お食事の用意が出来ましたと、電話で呼ばれます。

熊本空港から、車で１時間ちょっと。
色々寄り道しながら向かったのですが、あまりに田舎ばかりなので、本当にお店があるのか、そしておいしいものがいただけるのか、不安でした。
