妻の祖母の熊本に遊びにいった際に、食べてきました。
しらさぎ荘。名前の通り、店の庭の池に鷺が2匹。
風情あふれる座敷から眺めていたら、池の魚をパクリ！
おばあちゃんが、何十年来この店に来て初めて...
祖父の時代にはこうした店が球磨川沿いに点在していて、「一式」を食わせたものだという。

土曜日の夜、同級生で集まり利用しました。
しらさぎ荘に訪れたのは個人的には初です。
20名弱いましたので、大広間の宴会場へ通されました。
老舗の風格が漂う旅館で、宿泊も可能、温泉もあるんです...

ラフティングに行った際にお昼を頂きました。
うなぎを頂きましたが、ふわっとしていてとても美味しい！今まで食べてた鰻は何？ってくらいふわふわでした！
待ち時間も鯉と戯れて飽きさせない！
