GW後半に家に引きこもっているのも何なので、天草にドライブに行きました。
で、久しぶりに丸健水産へ訪問。
何度か訪問したことがあるのですが、その時は平日の閑散期だったので、繁忙期の訪問は初めてです。
駐車場は十分ありますが、行列のためほぼ満杯でした。
ウェイティングボードに記入し、３０分程度で着席できました。
●生うに二種盛丼
これでもか！と生うにが載ってます。
その下にはうに飯（うにの炊き込みご飯）です。
ホントうにまみれです。
●うにクリームコロッケ
クリームがしっかりしたコロッケで中のうにに負けない味付けです。
