天草へ。
到着して先ずは腹拵え。
ウニが解禁になり、やはりそれを腹に収めなければという事で「ぶっかけうに丼セット」を注文。
更に「あわび踊り焼き」も。
新鮮な刺身は歯応えが違う。硬い身。コリコリして美味い。
うに飯は米一粒一粒にうにの旨味を吸い込み、そこに濃い生うにがたっぷり。
天草の旬の味に悶絶。
あわび踊り焼き。
生きた鮑をコンロの上に。暫くすると名前の通り踊り出す。
いや、熱くて苦しんでるのだろう。
可哀想な気がするが、しっかりと食べてやるのが「いただきます」
身は思っていた以上に柔らかい。
肝、苦味は少しあるが濃厚。
海です！って感じ。
元気出たわ。
