熊本市街からの天草ドライブ
9時頃出て、休憩2回でも12時過ぎには天草五橋を渡り、今回の目的地のこちらに着きました
８月でも平日なので渋滞もなく、快適でした
大箱のこちらですが、着いた時は1組が食事中でした
海が見える窓側に座りメニューを見てたら、店員さんが海鮮丼に今旬の生ウニを乗せるのは如何ですか
車海老も美味しいですよーと
そう言われると、そのままオーダーしたくなり、実行しました
生ウニは2種類あって、赤ウニにしてみました
車海老は踊り食いとお刺身とあり、お刺身に
待っている間、数組のお客さんが来ました
先ず、車海老のお刺身がきました
尾がまだピクピクしてて、ドキドキしながら醤油をつけて食べてみたら、ぷりトロであま〜い！
頭は芳ばしく焼いてあり、ポリポリ海老煎餅のよう
そして海鮮丼‼️
やっぱこれだよねぇ、って感じのコスパの素晴らしいのがきました‼️
マグロやサーモンは無く、鯵にカンパチ、アワビなど！
そして別注の赤ウニです
ウニは味が濃く、トロける美味しさ、他の具も醤油にわさびで食べ、残り3分の1を出汁をかけて贅沢お茶漬け風に食べました
ご飯にも元々ウニが入ってたのでホント、贅沢海鮮丼でした
