まず見た目がキレイでした。出汁に薬味を溶かしてかけるスタイルでした。薄い時は醤油を出してくださいとの事でしたが、特に足すことはありませんでした。炙ってある刺身をありました。酢飯をちょうどいい塩梅で、美味しくいただきました。
