お正月に来た時にお食事券を買いました。販売の人によれば、かなりお買い得だとのことです。新春特別お食事券 京懐石「雪」。後日、予約して来店です。
西京味噌を使用したお椀が特別で、白味噌と花かつおの組み合わせがなかなか美味です。くみ上げ湯葉は柔らかで甘く、ポン酢で頂きます。湯葉がなくなったら、豆乳をポン酢に入れて飲む、これがまた美味しいです。投入そのままでも良いですけどね、ちょい塩気が欲しいです。
その他の料理も上質ですし、夜の京都タワーの眺めも格別です。
