今日のランチは、「日本料理 加賀屋 京都店」。
京都市下京区、京都伊勢丹８Ｆにある日本料理店。
ホテル日本一の和倉温泉の加賀屋がやっているお店です。
百貨店の売り場から少し離れた奥に入り口があります。
オープンビューで窓沿いにいろんな席があります。窓に向いた５席だけのカウンター席に案内されます。
料理は正統派の日本料理で間違いありません。石川の郷土料理、治部煮が隠れたメインのようです。
ステーキ、お造り、天ぷらに特化したメニューもあります。とにかく治部煮が食べたいので、「犀川」２７５０円を注文します。
目の前には京都市内のパノラマが広がります。ＲＯＨＭのビルの屋上ガーデンなど普段見えない景色が見えます。黒御影石のカウンターに景色が写ります。
口上を読むといろいろとこだわりがあるようです。
しばらくして豪華な御膳が登場します。
味噌汁はさすがにダシがしっかり効いています。
ひじきも高級に見えます。
茶碗蒸しも高級感を醸し出します。
お造りも豪華です。マグロはねっとりして、鯛は弾力が違います。カンパチがコリコリで新鮮です。太刀魚は炙ってあります。
お楽しみの治部煮は餡が絡んでトロトロです。鴨が分厚いですが柔らかです。
爪楊枝も塗りの入れ物に上品に入れています。お代わりを聞いてくれたり、細かい気配りがさすがです。
京都駅ですが加賀の空気に包まれたような特別感のある時間をすごしました。
