Germoglio is located in Shimogyo-ku, Kyoto City. It's about a 5-minute walk from Kyoto Station. It's in the building opposite Yodobashi Camera and next to Higashi Honganji Temple, so it's very easy to find. There are 4 counter seats and 2 tables, so it's a compact restaurant with about 10 seats in total. Chef Amaya trained at the famous Italian Michelin 3-star restaurant Enrico Bartolini, and opened this restaurant in his hometown of Kyoto. ⭐️Lunch course 8,800 yen ▪️First treat (finger food) Onion chips with ricotta cheese and hairy crab ▪️Warm potato crema Firefly squid ▪️Tachiuo Panzanella ▪️Rosemary pappardelle ▪️Wagyu beef Brassato ▪️Dolce ▪️Cafe The pasta dishes were amazing. The pappardelle kneaded with rosemary was perfectly matched with the lamb sauce. The more you chew, the more pleasant aroma escapes. It's the kind of restaurant that makes you want to try the evening course.
