JR京都駅東へ徒歩2分のTHE THOUSAND KYOTOの2階にあるSCALAE（スカーラエ）は百名店にも選ばれる人気イタリアンレストランです。

Secret Eentにご招待いただき参加してきました‼️
ライブ感満載のオープンキッチンにワクワクすること間違いなし。
今回の特別なディナーは10名さま限定のフルコースです。
イタリアンメニューですが、京野菜や湯葉など京都のおもてなしが感じられる構成になっており、シェフやソムリエさんの遊びゴコロが楽しいメニューばかり。
食材は京都に近い厳選されたものを使用。かと思えば、フランスロレーヌ産のフレッシュなホワイトアスパラガスだったりと驚きの連続です。
