今日は少し足を伸ばして京都へ。
待ち人との待ち合わせ時間までは2時間ほどあるが時間はまだ15時。
普通の居酒屋は開いてない時間だが昼から通し営業している店を探しているとここが目に入った。
外観の雰囲気的にも1人で入りやすそうなのは良い。
この時間せいか席も開いているのでお邪魔することにした。
店の名前通り天ぷらが売りのようだが、少し後の楽しみに取っておく。まずはビールと焼き鳥となめろうを注文。
天ぷらと焼き鳥と刺身をいっぺんに楽しめる店はそう多くはないだろう。
あったとしても一つ一つの味があまり...と言った店もあるだろうが、ここの店は問題なさそうだ。
焼き鳥、なめろうとも美味しい。これは天ぷらへの期待も高まる。
一通り食べた後、日本酒をいただく。種類も10種類以上あり日本酒好きにも嬉しい。なにより天ぷらには日本酒一択だと思っている。
さて待ちに待った天ぷらを注文する。卵、椎茸のエビ詰め、海苔天いくら乗せ、子持ちこんにゃくを注文。
うむ、全て美味しい。とくに卵は中が半熟で溶け出した君と甘めのタレが混ざり美味い。酒が進む。
他の天ぷらも美味しく、満足。
お会計は5000円弱。コスパ良いわけではないが食事は全て美味しく頂けた。17時頃には席も埋まり、お断りされている客も居たので休日夜お邪魔する際は予約が必須であろう。
美味しかったのでまたお邪魔したい店であった。
