All of our Xiaolongbao are wrapped by stretching the dough from scratch after an order is placed. We are particular about freshly made deliciousness without sacrificing quality. In addition, thinning the skin gives it a nice texture, which brings out the meat and soup that are the main ingredients of Xiaolongbao. The flavor of the meat juice that spreads in your mouth is sure to make you addicted!

The classic ``Original Flavor ~Plain~'' contains plenty of soup that has been slowly simmered for 7 hours, and has a gentle taste.``Crab Meat~Kani~'' uses crab miso and crab meat and has a rich taste.It also contains large truffle pieces. ``Matsuro ~Truffle~'' has a luxurious taste. All are recommended! You can order from 4 pieces each, so be sure to try them out and compare.
