土日の夜に予約して来店。1週間前に予約の電話を入れましたが、個室(半個室だったかも...記憶が危ういです)はもう予約でいっぱいですと言われ、人気具合を感じました。
小籠包とよだれ鶏が美味しかったです。
小籠包は、席にあるIHで蒸すので出来上がりまでがワクワクします。
【小籠包の食べ方】教わりました。
①レンゲに小籠包1つを移し入れる。
②小籠包の皮にお箸で切り込みを入れて、汁をレンゲの中に充満させる。
③まずは汁だけを頂く。
④お好みでタレを小籠包の中に加えて、そのまま小籠包を頂く。
という流れだそうです。
※タレは結構酢が効いているので、タレ有りで小籠包を頂く際は吸い込む様に食べてしまうと、人によってはむせます^^; でもタレの味美味しかったです。
よだれ鶏は、旨みがすごく乗っていて、辛過ぎず美味しいです。また、よだれ鶏リピートしたいと思うほどでした。
お店の外観が雰囲気あって印象的でした。
美味しかったのでまた行きたいと思いました。
