名物・赤味噌ハヤシ。 |
お散歩中に抹茶パフェの写真にひかれ、入店。
抹茶パフェ1750円には自家製の抹茶ゼリーの上に栗とザクザククッキー、コーヒーゼリー、生クリーム、抹茶シフォン、バニラアイス、抹茶アイスにクッキーと黒豆が飾りつけられています。黒蜜が添えられているので、好みでかけても美味しい。
コーヒーゼリーと抹茶ゼリーが入っているから、甘い中にも苦味も入って飽きずにペロリと食べられます。ザクザクのクッキーもいい食感で美味しい。
コーヒーは少し酸味があって、まろやかな香りと味でした。
閉校になった小学校が使われていて、建物全体の趣きはあります。その一室が使われています。
教室の真ん中にキッチンスペース、手前と奥にテーブル席があります。手前のスペースの席に座りましたが、奥の大声で話す声が聞こえて、そこは残念でした。
提供時間も少し遅いので、時間がない時は向かないかもです。
