飛び込みで行きました。
店内は木が基調とされたおしゃれな感じで、喫煙もできます。
お任せのコースで、ストップというまでずっと串揚げが出てくるフリーなスタイル。
ソースは和風だし、ソース、岩塩、レモンの四種類でてきます。
写真ではわかりにくいですが、天使の海老からはじまり、牡蠣やらシャケのいくらのせやら、メンチカツ、
うずらのトリュフのせ、銀杏の湯葉巻きなど、他ではあまり見られないような珍しい串揚げを提供してくれます。
びっくりしたのはあん肝をあげてムースのような和風出汁にからめて食べるという斬新な一品。
なかなか新しいかたちの串揚げやさんで、面白かったです。全体的にも美味しかったです。
季節に応じて色々なメニューを出してくれると思うので、また違うシーズンに行って見たいです。
スタッフもみんな若いのに丁寧で好印象でした。
