焼肉【市場小路】四条烏丸
阪急烏丸駅、地下鉄四条駅直結の三井ビルB1Fに位置する黒毛和牛一頭買いの焼肉市場小路四条烏丸店 。
京都の繁華街烏丸で駅直結なので雨の日も関係なく辿り着けるので兎に角立地が良い！
店内も席数広く無煙ロースターなので煙も気にせず焼肉を楽しめます。
肉は産地の黒毛和牛を仕入れており、その日の仕入れによって希少部位も含め厚切りカットで頂けるのも嬉しい！
今回も厚切り7種、タン、〆メニューにお酒を飲んで1人7000円程のコスパ！
肉質も値段と考えるとかなりお得。
ローストビーフユッケ
細切りにしたローストビーフに卵黄と甘めのタレを絡めて。
ユッケは甘めのタレに限る！
厚切り肉
初めに肉盛りが登場！やはり塊肉は迫力があって良い。
サシも綺麗に入った和牛でどれも良い肉質！
ウチモモ、ミスジ、カイノミ、イチボ、クリミ、シャトーブリアン、ラムシンの7種を注文。
焼きは自分自身で焼かないといけないので焼きに不安がある方は厚切り以外の方が良いかも。
全てミディアムからミディアムレアに仕上げてじっくり時間をかけて火入れ。
火入れが完了すると店側でカットしてきてくれます！
それぞれ、マスタード、山葵、ニンニクチップ、食べるラー油、すだち等、食べ方を変えて食べさせてくれるので厚切り肉が続いても飽きない！
肉質から考えるとかなりコスパ良い！
上タン
厚切りが続くので敢えて薄切りで注文。
タン中部分で柔らかい。ネギとニンニクの味付けはもっとニンニクごま油ジャンキーが好み！
