Shirayaki, made with high-quality conger eel sent directly from Akashi every day, is our popular signature dish. The conger eel, which has been grilled until just browned and plump, goes well with the grated wasabi and soy sauce, and the more you bite into it, the more delicious it becomes. Enjoy the menu with the highest repeat rate!

We carry 40 types of local sake from all over the country and 30 types of shochu. Enjoy sake in good condition, kept at the perfect temperature in our wine cellar. We also have Tamba wine and awamori, so please enjoy them to suit your cuisine and mood.

Our restaurant is located on the basement floor of a building down an alley from Kiyamachi, so you can enjoy food and drinks in a calm atmosphere even though it is a busy downtown area. If you are alone, please enjoy your adult time at the counter seat.
