先斗町にあるビルの地下にある割烹居酒屋。
とあるバーのマスタに先斗町界隈で休日でもならばずにゆっくり食べれてオススメの居酒屋を聞くと真っ先に紹介されたのがこちらのお店。
この日は真夏でマスタ曰く今の時期は「鱧の天婦羅」が抜群に旨いとの情報。
相方と二人で伺いました。
店内には日本酒のセラーのようなものもあり、日本酒が豊富でカウンターとテーブル席もあって箱は普通の広さですね。
お通しが凝っていて、「アスパラの酢の物」「汲み出し豆腐」「子鮎の佃煮」「海老の辛し味噌」「出汁卵」で出だしからやられてしまいます。
注文は
・鱧の天婦羅
・穴子の白焼
・なす田楽
・グジの煮付け
・お稲荷さん
いや～どれを食べても絶品でした！！
特にオススメの鱧の天婦羅はぷりっぷりの食感で揚げ方も絶妙！風味が口いっぱいにひろがりますな！！
あと意外と美味しかったのがお稲荷さんですね。
おあげさんの甘み加減が絶妙ですわ！！
これはあまり人に教えたくないお店ですね（笑）
