奥さんと京都を旅行中です。今回、宿を三条の辺りにしたので夜ご飯もその辺りで予約しました。この日は三条木屋町にある海鮮、和食のお店のコチラ「魚棚ふみ文」さんです。ビルの地下にあるお店で階段を降りて到着。カウンター席に案内されました。
飲み物を注文するとお盆にのった豪華なお通しが到着。食前酒のワインも付いています。カウンターの中に今日のおすすめ食材やメニューが表示されていて、お酒や定番の食べ物メニューは冊子になっています。食事は実際は2回の注文に分けて頼みましたが、以下を注文しました。
・刺身盛合せ
・桜海老のかきあげ
・穴子の白焼き
・くもこの醤油焼き
・ぎんなん焼き
・だし巻き玉子
刺身の盛合せは本日のおすすめの中から5種類の魚介が選ばれて盛られています。いずれも新鮮で身がしまっていました。くもこは鱈の白子のことです。フグの白子もあったのですが、お値段が判らなかったので、こっちにしました。ポン酢で食べるメニューもあったのですが、醤油で焼いて貰ったら甘みが増々になった気がします。白子が苦手な人でも食べられそう。だし巻き玉子は定番メニューですが、めちゃくちゃ大きく、ふわふわ熱々で美味しかったです。
日本酒も30種類以上のラインナップ。辛口の度数や味に関して2種類のデータで数値化されていて、銘柄を選ぶ参考になりました。この日は辛口のお酒の中から「春鹿」と「三千盛」をお願いしました。いずれも初めて飲んだのですがメニューのおかげで自分にあったお酒を選ぶことができました。
