本当は紹介したくないお店です。
地元の方に愛されているお店で、その雰囲気を壊したくないし、
混みすぎて予約とれなくなると嫌なので…。
うーん。でも、自分にとっては、西の横綱。
関西圏でいちばん好きなお店なので、
思い切って紹介してしまいます。
落ち着いた雰囲気のなか、心ゆくまで美味しい料理と
厳選された、これまた美味しい日本酒を楽しめるお店です。
京野菜と、明石漁港直送の鮮魚を使った料理の味は無類であります。
かわはぎの肝醤油和え、しめ鯖、生うになど、本当に絶品。
これら全て、家内はそれまで食べられなかったメニューですが、
ここで食べてからは、食べるようになってしまいました。
（おかげで独り占めできなくなった）
といっても、ここでしか食べませんが。
ほかにも、賀茂茄子田楽や生麩の田楽など、
ここの料理は最高の火加減と最高の味で出てきます。
揚げ物ももちろん美味しくいただけます。
何を食べても美味しくいただける「ふみ文」さんですが、
いちばんのおすすめは、大将が作ってくれた出汁巻き玉子です。
ふわふわっとした食感に、口の中で淡く、心地よくひろがる出汁の香りに
思わず悶絶しました。
おかみさんも気さくで話しやすく、いつ行っても「ほっこり」させてもらえます。
京都を訪れる際には、また必ず行きます。
