祇園祭宵山。錦市場の川魚専門店の、のと与さんでうな丼を。蒸さない炭焼鰻。皮はパリバリ、身はほどよくふっくら。関東に住みながら私はこの蒸さない鰻が好きなのです。二階の入口で団扇をあおさがながら、炭火で焼かれ、煙もほどよく店内に。
煙に食欲を誘われます。
鯉の洗い、肝焼きも注文。ビール、日本酒と進み、程よいときに、うな丼登場。うん、裏切らない美味さ。ご飯も若干硬めでタレとほどよく絡みます。
京都の鰻。また来年!
