錦市場の中ののと与さんへ訪問しました。
毎年、夏の丑の頃、福井の三方五湖近辺へ鰻を食べに行くのが我が家の恒例だったのですが、今年はそのような気配が無いなぁと思っていましたら、「鰻行こうか」と奥さんの一言。ネット検索で美味しそうなお店があるとのこと。
そのお店がのと与さんです。
ちょうど、お昼時あ、真っ只中にお店に着くと川魚店の店舗二階へ続く階段には当然、一階までの列が出来ていて、それに加わりました。
待つこと30分、入店して、「鰻一本丼」と飲みのセットを注文しました。
関西風の皮目をパリッとさせた仕上がりの蒲焼です。タレはやや甘めですが、皮目の香ばしさによく合う味です。身もやわらかくて、とても美味しくいただきました。
お値段は、それなりですがキモ吸い付きで、値打ちがあると思います。
