フードロスの削減
「蜂蜜をより使いやすく」をコンセプトに、ハニーハンターが厳選した国産蜂蜜 10 種類を、使い切りで持ち運びに便利なスティックタイプのセットにしました。フードロスだけではなく、軽くて輸送しやすいことからCO2削減にも貢献いたします。
地域への貢献活動
定期的に、ハニーハンター市川拓三郎による「はちみつしぼり体験」を行い、未来のミツバチや蜂蜜を守るために、自然環境を大切にすることをと子供たちへ伝えています。
環境保護への取り組み
店舗ロゴ入りの紙袋には、古紙パルプを 50％使用した再生紙や、適切に管理された森林資源を活用した「森林認証紙」、植物由来原料を一部に使用したボタニカルインキなど、環境に配慮した原材料を使用。金市商店は、この紙袋を通じて森を守る「フォレスト環境基金」にも賛同し、植林や森林保全活動を推進しています。

京都の三条富小路の角にある創業90年の老舗蜂蜜専門店。店内にはハニーハンター市川拓三郎が買い付けた蜂蜜が100種類以上並び、全ての蜂蜜が試食可能。試食ボトルの蜂蜜はセルフで試食できるので、とことん好みの蜂蜜を探すことができます。店内奥にはハニーカフェも併設。13種類の蜂蜜が食べ比べできるハニートーストや、蜂蜜とフルーツだけで作ったドリンクが楽しめます。全てのカフェメニューは8種類の蜂蜜がかけ放題。
