そんなお店なので行く前からワクワクでした
まずは
じゅんさい寿司からスタート
味も食感も今までで食べたことのないお料理でした

糸のように細い麺と繊細なお出汁
赤雲丹
甘くてこれは素晴らしいなと思います

中にはお刺身が入っていて醤油と胡麻油でいただきました

細かく骨切りされた鱧をお出汁で湯引き
