Food Fluffy and light in the mouth... The kushikatsu with the finest texture is made with carefully selected ingredients.
The ingredients we use are high quality and luxurious. We carefully select ingredients that go well with Fried food, such as large angel shrimp and rump meat from domestic Japanese black beef that is not too fatty. Raw breadcrumbs are used to coat the ingredients. Although 60% of the product is lost when baked in a kiln, we purposely choose to bake it in a kiln. This is because baking in a kiln gives it a smooth and soft texture. Please enjoy the fluffy dough and the exquisite texture of the kushikatsu.

We also have a wide variety of wines to match the kushikatsu with various ingredients and seasonings. There is a wide range of varieties, from standard varieties such as Chardonnay and Rhysning to minor varieties such as Viognier and Muscadet. We cover production areas from the Old World to the New World including Japan. Glasses start at 600 yen and bottles start at 2,500 yen, making it easy for anyone to choose. The Kushikatsu and wine lanterns are the landmarks. When you open the sliding door and go inside through a long and narrow hallway, you will find yourself in a modern store.
