京都に４店舗展開している石臼挽き全粒粉麺×鶏魚介スープのつけ麺が話題のお店。
休日の13時過ぎに訪問すると、待ちはなくカウンター席がちょうど１席だけ空いておりスムーズに入店。
券売機はペイやクレジットにも対応している！
【つけ麺(鶏魚介) 小盛 ¥890+具材全部盛り ¥300 ☆3.6】
全粒粉の麺はお蕎麦のようで、スープは鶏魚介だが、鶏や魚の臭みはなく、濃厚ではあるがドロっとしておらず、少し和風なテイストが感じられる。
また、玉ねぎを入れることで少し甘味も加わり、あっさりめの味変になる^_^
さらに麺にすだちを絞ることでより爽やかに！
スープには角切りのトロッとしたチャーシューがたっぷり入っていて、ジュワッとした旨味があって美味しかったので、トッピングの全部盛りは頼まなくても良かったかも！
ただ、全部盛りの鶏ハムはスープのチャーシューとは相対的に、分厚いのにあっさりとしていて、これはこれで美味しかった＾＾
オススメなのは〆のスープ割りで、少し塩味は濃いが、それでも鶏と魚介の旨味があって美味しく、あおさを加えると磯の香りがプラスされ、全く別の和風スープになってとても美味しかった（＾ω＾）
一つ残念なのはスープの温度が低めなところ。
温め直せるが、何度も頼むのも申し訳ないので、初めから熱々で提供してもらえるとありがたい。
