The brown noodles, which resemble soba noodles, are made with whole grain flour made from stone-ground wheat from Nagano Prefecture. You can enjoy the flavor of wheat that you can't get anywhere else, the smooth texture of thin noodles, and the unique texture. If you want to enjoy the flavor of wheat that the owner says, ``I discovered this wheat, I was able to create this noodle,'' the first thing you should do is take a bite of the noodles. After that, thoroughly coat the noodles in the soup that combines the rich flavor of the chicken with the seafood and enjoy.
