が6月よりメニューも新たにリニューアル。
自慢の海鮮や炭火焼をブラッシュアップ、お客様の目の前で仕上げる目でも楽しめるメニューも追加されました。

■燃え盛る！しめ鯖の藁焼き(980円)
しめ鯖を目の前で藁焼きにし、更に炙って仕上げる〆鯖をそのままお皿にドンっと、圧巻のメニュー。
大きさにもビックリ(*_*)
藁の香りと炙った香ばしさでペロっといけました(笑)
■お造り盛り合わせ10種(2980円)
イサキの焼き霜、水蛸たたき、真鯛の松笠造り、勘八の造り、鮭のスモーク、赤海老、漬けマグロ、などの豪華10種盛りは自家製出汁醤油で。
フレームに収まらない、、、
■酒肴盛り合わせ3種(980円)
アカニシ貝のウニ蟹味噌和え、ナスと鶏の西京味噌和え、牡蠣の燻製オイル漬けの3種類はどれもがお酒をすすませますよ。
■髭付きヤングコーン(650円)
炭火で香ばしく焼かれたヤングコーンは山椒味噌で。
