とは言うものの、今回はジビエ肉はいただいていません。
お肉はどれも美味しく、店内忙しい中（いつも満席）
呼んだら聞こえないふりしないですぐに来てくれます。
【料理】
ポテトサラダは前菜でいただきました、並においしかったです。
カルパッチョはあまり味がしなく、次回からは注文しないと思います。
椎茸は素材をふんだんに使われており、シンプルな味付けながら病みつきになりそうです。
ソーセージ２種と厚切り牛タンが同じお皿で来たのですが
これはテーブルが小さいからしょうがないかもしれませんが
できたら別のお皿でいただきたかったですが、
ここは割烹のお店ではないですし、お皿という見ていただく、というところにはこだわりは持ってらっしゃらないのかな、という印象。
（悪い意味ではないです、個人意見です。）
個人的にはここの厚切り牛タン、今までいただいた中で
１等賞です！
焼肉、という感じではなくトロっとしており長い時間かけて調理されているのがわかります、
是非頼んでみてください！
ラムのTボーンカットも硬すぎず、特有な臭さもなく、美味しくいただきました。
