ヒグマが食べたいなあ〜と思ってから数年。京都でヒグマが食べられるとは。
他にもトドやらキジやら珍しいお肉が。
トド、ヒグマ、イノシシとウサギももの煮込みを食べました。
一緒に行った人がトド肉を食べたことがあったらしく、トドは前に食べたお店よりこっちの方がくせがあっていい！とのこと。ジェノベーゼソースと合ってて美味しい。
ヒグマは硬いのとはちょっと違った弾力があるお肉。
キジも気になったけど私たちが行った時は品切れ。
イノシシを頼んだら旨味があって美味しい。
うさぎは煮込まれてくたくたのやつが来るのかな？と思ったら注文してから骨つき肉を煮てくれる感じだったみたい。うさぎ肉は食べたことあったけど、鶏むねみたいなあったりした感じ。
炭水化物系は頼まず、ワイン飲んでたので、お腹はまだ入るけどそこそこの金額にはなったかな。でも珍しいもの食べられたし、美味しかったので良かった。
メイン系は焼くのに時間がかかるので最初のうちに頼んでしまった方がいいみたい。
