Vegetable Dining Yakushi★Takeda's Dolce Heaven Corn Kakiage
(This is a post from my blog) Today I went to a vegetable dining restaurant in Sanjo Kawaramachi. Vegetable Dining Kusushi This is a restaurant located down one alley. It seems that the name of the restaurant was ``Yakushi,'' which means doctor, because they wanted their customers to eat a variety of vegetables and stay healthy. The entrance to the store was at the top of the narrow staircase to the third floor. It's a nice store with wine bottles lined up. When I looked at the menu, I saw that the selected vegetables and their producers were listed with photos of their faces. You can see that they use vegetables from many different regions, from Hokkaido to Kagoshima. I was recommended the red wine Pinot Noir. Mr. Takeda's Dolce Heaven Corn Kakiage The menu name seems to be named after the producer. You can tell that the producers respect them. It's good to sprinkle some rock salt on top if you like. The freshly fried kakiage was golden brown. Dolce Heaven corn is a sweet corn that is said to have a sugar content of over 16 degrees. Each bite is sweet and delicious. Sprinkling with rock salt made it even sweeter. Kinpira pizza with Kujo green onions and burdock from Kyoto A collaboration between Japanese vegetables and pizza. This will be my first experience of pizza using Kujo green onions. It's a crispy pizza dough. The flavorful Kujo green onions had a novel aftertaste in the mouth. Since the food menu was extensive, I ordered an additional drink. There seem to be two ways to enjoy red diso juice: ice cream and soda. I had it made into ice cream. This perilla juice is easy to drink and goes well with meals. I feel like I got a lot of vegetables today. It was a Creative Cuisine vegetable dining experience that is irresistible for vegetable lovers. The restaurant has a calm atmosphere, making it perfect for a date or a girls' night out (^^)/

(This is a post from my blog) Today, I went to Sanjo Kawaramachi for drinks with my gym friends. Vegetable Dining Kusushi This is a vegetable dining restaurant that serves vegetables purchased from farmers all over the country, mainly Kyoto vegetables. The name of the restaurant was chosen to be ``Kusushi,'' which means ``doctor,'' because they wanted their customers to eat a variety of vegetables and stay healthy. The store has a luxurious feel. The store manager was managing everything by himself. First, we toasted with highballs and white wine. There are two kinds of obanzai: rape blossoms dressed with mustard and eggplant stir-fried with walnut miso. Both were well seasoned and delicious. In particular, the ``Eggplant Stir-Fried Walnut Miso'' where you can enjoy both the moist texture of the eggplant and the texture of the walnuts was exquisite (^-^) Salad with plenty of 20 kinds of vegetables (half) Although it is half size, it is very filling It is a vegetable. There are 20 varieties, including ``salad enoki'' that can be eaten raw, red radish, and dried pumpkin. I feel like I can eat a week's worth of vegetables (^^)/ Kinpira pizza with Kujo green onions and burdock On top of the fluffy pizza dough were fragrant Kujo green onions and sweet and salty burdock. The burdock was a nice accent and it was delicious (^-^) My friend ordered a second glass of soft drink and a third glass of red wine to go well with the mushrooms. Vende Paid Vaucluse Les Plans We also ordered additional dishes. Mr. Hasa's Inca no Mezame baked tomato and cheese The potato called ``Inca no Mezame'' seems to have been made by a producer named Mr. Hasa. The cheese was melty and stringy. It's a sweet potato that tastes just like a sweet potato. Harvested potatoes are aged for a long period of time to increase the sugar content and give them a sweet taste. My second cup was lemon sour. Tamba Shimeji Ajillo Ajillo made with large shimeji mushrooms. I dipped baguette and enjoyed the taste of the olive oil mixed with shimeji mushroom extract. It's also nice to enjoy shimeji mushrooms with red wine that goes well with the mushrooms. There were many healthy Vegetable Dishes. When you ask the manager about the vegetables, he will enthusiastically tell you about the production areas and production methods. I was able to taste the food along with the story of how the vegetables I ate were made. It's a shop with a nice atmosphere that I would like to go to again (^-^)
