烏丸五条すぐのおいしいおばんざいとおでんが食べれる赤提灯の居酒屋さん。
場所はひっそり万寿寺高倉にあります。
蒼空などの有名な京都の日本酒をはじめ、色々種類があるので日本酒好きにもおすすめ。
寒い冬にはおでんが食べたい！！ってことで、
伺いました笑
少し辛めの柚子胡椒もまたアクセントが効いてて美味しい。
出汁は鶏ベースのあっさり系。
そこに柚子胡椒の辛味が合うんです。
別で、牛すじが入ってる八丁味噌がベースの黒おでんなるものもありましたが今回はシンプルにこちらを。
また、
ダシにこだわる京都だからこそなんでしょうが、
だし巻き卵がとんでもなくうまい！！！
おはなしを聞いてみると、ダシを限界まで入れているので巻くのもかなり難しいんだとか。。。
職人技ですね笑
その言葉通り、
口当たりはふんわり柔らか。よく居酒屋で食べる固い卵焼きとは大違いです！
旨味がたまらんくてご飯ほしかった！
