おいしいイタリアンが食べたくなり、当日予約でうかがいました。
平日だったからかあいていましたが残2席、危なかったです。
あとで知りましたがここのシェフはイル・ギオットーネで修行されたとのこと。
ランチもディナーも一種のみ
せっかくなのでワインを飲みながらいただきました。
全体的には満足なのですがお品書きがなかったことが気になりました…
気になることがあるたび、聞かないといけないのでそれがちょっとしたストレスに。
前菜にはじまり冷静スープやパスタ、お肉と盛りだくさん。
味付けは和風で創作イタリアンといったかんじでした。京野菜と魚が美味しい。鰹もハモも絶品でした。
いろいろな材料を使って野菜中心、素材の味を生かした料理ばかりで
見た目も美しく、この価格でこの内容は大満足です。
デザートのマスカットとチーズのジェラートがおいしかったのと
最後にでてきた小さなカヌレも良かったです。
